What’s the biggest risk you’d like to take — but haven’t been able to?
Become a professional advisor. I feel like I need experience but other part of me knows is bullshit, that I am very qualify to become anything my heart desires. I just have to step out of my comfort zone and just go for it.
What are you most proud of in your life?
My ability to bounce back from rock bottoms and make a wonderful life for myself and others.
As I deal with mental and physical issues, I managed to create a peaceful home for myself and share my peace with those around me.
As Reiki Master, sending energy to heal the world and make it a better place for all living beings, makes my soul grow in grace and in love.
Nothings is impossible if we do things from the soul and heart. Just our presence can bring much healing to this world. Be the peace you want to see in this world.
What have you been working on?
On my rest, how to be more productive by resting more. Less is more most of the time.
Not overcommitting myself and learning to say no, so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
By resting I let my mind wander and have better ideas. For me resting is actually mean being more creative.
Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?
Lazy days are very important to me for my creativity and rest. At first I used to feel guilty but now I see how creative I can get after lazy day, I feel very accomplished on my lazy day. Boredom equals creativity for me
When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?
I have few friends that come to mind. Because they have a healthy mindset, financially stable and just raising their kids as best they can. They don’t struggle with their mental health.
What makes a good neighbor?
I think being respectful and minding our business

Do you tend to feel more than one emotion at the same time?
As I read more about about data driven society are we forgetting to add the spiritual part of what it is to be human?
I can’t help thinking that more and more of us will suffer from mental health as we disconnect from our spirit and try to be like AI.
I hope we go back to what makes us humans, the soul, spirit. Work from our heart/spirit not just from data.
What could you try for the first time?
I would like to try different dishes from different countries.
