My life is full of fun activities from journaling to intuitive art. I make sure I play every day to keep the spirit young and alive.

Tell us about your first day at something — school, work, as a parent, etc.
My first day at the psych ward was scary cause I did not know what to expect, according to many and Hollywood it is scary space. However what I found were souls loss. People trying to make sense of their life. And workers making sure we do not harm ourselves. The group activities were fun, I learned a lot, my only dislike it was the amount medication they give you to keep you calm.

What is one thing you would change about yourself?
One thing I would change about me is my physical health. I would take care of my body more to be more healthier and have more vitality.
Do you trust your instincts?
I learned that hard way to trust my instincts and now life just flow
What is your favorite place to go in your city?
I like going to the main library. It is an old building well kept.
What’s the first impression you want to give people?
That I am trust worthy. That they can count on me for good healing fun time.

I like listening to life coaches podcast for woman. Makes me feel less alone in every day struggles.
As woman we come far along but there is still more to get better for us.
As I step into my role of transformational Advisor and Heart-Centered Healer I can’t help feel lil bit insecure.
Who am I to lead others but then I remember I have tons of personal experience and knowledge to share with those that want to grow and lead from the heart.
That everything comes full circle, my learning, experience and daily reflection. They have made me the leader that I am today. I learned to heal and lead from the heart.
My greatest gift to the world are my healing nature and my leadership. I might had challenging times but those times has made me a thoughtful heart-centered leader.
One of the kind human being that is finally stepping into her role she was born to play in this world.
What was your favorite subject in school?
My favorite subject in school was history. Made me realize we keep repeating history, new words but same stuff.
